In summer of 2014, we introduced you to the inaugural release on Maverick Records (the fantastic "Doing my thing" EP by DJ SoulProvider), now the label returns with a phenomenal truly eclectic three track sampler guaranteed to make you yearn for more and send shivers down your spine... First up we have "Do it in time" by Solartape an utterly mesmerizing afro-deep gem fueled with inebriant melodies, next is the jaw-dropping "Love won't do U wrong" by Master Mello featuring the inimitable emotive vocals by Kgaoza alongside delectable keys and gentle yet spell binding rhythms, and finally there is EthniqueFusion's superb soul infused remix of "Done with these promises" by SoulProvider & IsaqDeep featuring the incomparable deeply rooted vocals of Darian Crouse.

Back in June, South African DJ/producer DJ Thes-Man and vocalist Kimicoh blessed us with the outstanding "The Love Series EP" featuring three equally brilliant productions, now they present another fabulous collaboration entitled "Kind of love" where Kimicoh's unmistakable sultry vocals are accompanied by heavenly melodies and smooth yet thrilling rhythms. On remix duty are Oscar P who gives the song a deeper truly tantalizing old school inspired feel, and Jackson Brainwave who transforms the song into an utterly hypnotizing techy afro deep affair.

Four years ago, we were celebrating the release of the expertly crafted uber soulful "First hello" by Paris Cesvette, Room 806 and vocalist C. Robert Walker, now we are blessed with a truly mind-blowing interpretation by Luis 'LooweeR' Rivera taking this timeless gem to the next level. To make it short Robert C. Walker's unmistakable heartfelt vocals are accompanied by sublime saxophone, illustrious keys, lush chords and gentle yet irresistible rhythms, altogether spreading an entrancing yet soul oozing feel guaranteed to cast a spell on you... What an impressive year it has been for Double Cheese Records so far, over and over again the label honored us with top-notch soulful house music... The saga continues with this splendiferous production by Opolopo and Roy Ananda entitled Transformation" that is nothing short of phenomenal, blending the distinctive sounds of these two highly talented artists into one, with Sacha Williamson providing the icing on the cake with her unrivaled inspiring spoken words. The excellent remixes are courtesy of Larry A who serves an intriguing broken beat flavored rework and Namy who delivers a glorious truly soulful piano laden interpretation.
