With "Celebrate", Nyte Music label head Soulfuledge and Australian singer/songwriter Hannah Clare present the last single before their full length album drops around the start of February. Undeniably, this soulful production featuring the inimitable emotive vocals of Hannah Clare, sublime jazzy keys and mellifluous chords over irresistibly thumpin' rhythms comes highly recommended. Not to forget to mention the fervid underground-esque dub included in the release.
Laroye & MissFly "No more hiding" (Soul N Pepa Records Promo)
French producer Laroye joins forces with celebrated Canadian songstress MissFly for the phantasmagorical "No more hiding" out now on promo though Soul N Pepa Records. Beyond any doubt, the incredibly intriguing "No snore hiding" laced with MissFly's unmatched enticing spoken words and vocals, phat keys, ethereal pads and compelling percussive rhythms is sure to cast a spell on you.
Discuji & Symbolizm "Identity" (UNKNOWN season Promo)
Hot on the heels of the brilliant "ToGetHer" EP by Shaun Ashby featuring vocalist AfroFaerie comes the next dance floor bomb on UNKNOWN season: The expertly crafted "Identity" by Discuji and Symbolizm. The original version is a classy deep house track oozing with Symbolizm's amazing heartfelt vocals, entrancing melodies and deeply groovin' rhythms. Next the 'Classic Mix' gives the track a warmer more melodious feel, while the 'Twisted Dichotomy Edit' is a sure-fire late night rendition. The dub by Discuji and Rob Fontana is undeniably hypnotic, N'Dinga Gaba contributes a superb broken beat influenced soulful interpretation, and finally Phonogenic delivers a stripped-down rework sure to set the dance floor on fire.

The latest entry in Phuture Shock Music's "DUBZ" series comes courtesy of New York City based DJ/producer Malik Hendricks whose scintillating "Goin' down" EP features two killer cuts. First up is the title track "Goin' down" that combines a glorious latin infused piano loop with bluesy guitar, luscious rhodes and a captivating rich organic backdrop. Next is "Sweet memories" a nostalgic deep house affair with irresistibly pulsating rhythms leading the way for lush jazzy piano notes, inebriant keys and cleverly used vocal sprinkles.
